ELLIOTT-LEWIS NAMES DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Joseph M. Smith has been named director of business development for Elliott-Lewis Corporation according to President and CEO William R. Sautter.  In his new role, Joe Smith will focus on methods for improving the overall experience of Elliott-Lewis’ existing customers. In addition, he will be responsible for identifying potential new clients for the organization. Smith, who joined Elliott-Lewis in 2005 as a sales engineer, has more than 30 years of experience in the mechanical construction and HVAC service industry. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University and holds an M.S. degree from Villanova University. He and his wife, Joan, reside in Flourtown, Pennsylvania with their four children. Elliott-Lewis Corporation, founded in 1905, provides commercial HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing service and construction in the Greater Philadelphia region, New Jersey and Delaware. In addition, it provides facilities management for some of Philadelphia’s most iconic buildings.

Rain doesn’t dampen the spirits of Elliott-Lewis’ Broad Street Run team

This year's Broad Street Run was a family affair for Elliott-Lewis. Runners included the Simonettis - Nick, daughter Sarah and son JR and the McIlhenneys - Mike Sr and son Sean. Jim Pizzi and daughter Alex manned a water stop, and Jerry Franks and son Jim prepared a terrific post-race meal for attendees, which include CEO and President Bill Sautter.

Elliott-Lewis participated in the 7th annual Ronald McDonald House Charities Phone Bank on March 22, 2016, that raised $1,132,731. Elliott-Lewis services Ronald McDonald house in Philadelphia and is proud to take part in this event each year. Karen Sinko. Karen Clifford and Barb Clark manned phone in the on-the-air telethon and Marketing Director Fran McDonald also took part in presenting our $5000 check to Ronald McDonald and his helpers.

Elliott-Lewis Answers the Call for Ronald McDonald House

Karen Sinko, Karen Clifford and Barb Clark manned the 6th annual Change the Luck of a Child Telethon benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Charities at CBS 3 and CW Philly On March 24th  - sharing this particular spotlight with news anchors Chris May and Jessica Dean during the televised broadcast.   Elliott-Lewis, who provides mechanical service to Ronald McDonald House's two Philadelphia locations, presented a check for $5,000 to the charity.  Joining CBS's Kathy Orr, at the check presentation were Karen Clifford,  Karen Sinko and Barb Clark and our two favorite McDonalds - Fran, Elliott-Lewis's Director of Marketing, and Ronald.

Elliott-Lewis earns spot in Top Ten of Philly.com’s Top Places to Work

Thanks to positive reviews from its employees, Elliott-Lewis was named one of Philadelphia’s Top Work Places again this year, breaking into the Top Ten for Mid-Sized Companies for the first time. Elliott-Lewis is one of only 18 companies to have landed on the annual listing of best places to work every year since the programs’ inception 6 years ago.  Read more about that here. Elliott-Lewis-managed building wins two TOBY Awards from BOMA

(PHILADELPHIA) The G. Fred DiBona, Jr.  Building at 1901 Market Street, which houses the offices of Independence Blue Cross, received two TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards from BOMA Philadelphia (Building Owners and Managers Association) on September 17, 2014. The G. FredDiBona Building was named the Best Renovation of the Year and received a TOBY Best of the Best Award for its Lobby.  Elliott-Lewis is the general contractor for the renovation of several floors, the mechanical systems, the common areas, cafeteria and the new lobby. Elliott-Lewis also provides the Facilities Management for the Building. Considered by many to be the most prestigious and comprehensive awards program in the commercial real estate industry, BOMA’s TOBY awards recognize quality in buildings and reward excellence in building management. Winners of the local TOBY competitions move on to be judged at the regional level with winners of that competition proceeding to the International TOBY award competition. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures. Elliott-Lewis was a sponsor at the Philadelphia School District' E! Day, held at the School of the Future in Philadelphia on August 8, 2014.  The Education Day 2014, held in memory of E. Steven Collins, provides educational workshops for parents and students. Elliott-Lewis provided bookbags with the company logo to high school students who participated in the event. Elliott-Lewis Well Represented at the BOMA World Showcase

Sheri Hocknell (left,) Brian Haley and Keith Ollkowski represented Elliott-Lewis at the BOMA World Showcase held on April 24th. Elliott-Lewis represented Italy at the event.   Laura A. Masapollo (right) Property Manager from Brandywine Realty Trust, was the winner of Elliott-Lewis' Italian Picnic Basket. Laura also took home one of the Italian chef's hats Sheri, Brian and Keith wore. Her dog, Shashrimi, seems less than amused with his new "cappello."
