As a regular, full time employee you are eligible to participate in the company benefits offered in the latest version of our company handbook. You will also be eligible to participate in the company sponsored health benefits program, which includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription. Participation in these benefits requires a weekly employee contribution for which you will be responsible. Participation in the aforementioned benefits requires waiting periods as outlined in the latest version of the company handbook.

Elliott-Lewis offers several medical plans to choose from which include vision insurance.  Dental plans are also available which include orthodontia coverage.

We encourage our employees to apply for our Education Assistance. For those in the program, the company will contribute towards tuition, individual classes, professional certifications, and related expenses.

Elliott-Lewis provides auto enrollment into the company sponsored plan with a 5% company match of your deferred salary.
