Keith joined Elliott-Lewis in 2005 working as a Project Coordinator at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. During his time here, in addition to the PCC, Keith has played a key management role on significant projects such as Philadelphia Family Court, HUD Headquarters (Washington DC), USPS Headquarters (Memphis TN), the COVID-19 Emergency Response partnership with the City of Philadelphia and the new Philadelphia Public Services Building contract. Keith also has his BA in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from LaSalle University. In his new role, Keith will have greater responsibility and decision-making authority with regard to the day-to-day activities of the Facilities Department. We are excited for the continued growth and business development that will be cultivated under his leadership. Congratulations Keith!

Jon started with Elliott-Lewis as a junior estimator in 2006 and through the years was promoted to Lead Estimator, Estimating Manager, and most recently Director of Estimating and Design Services.  Jon’s efforts have been instrumental to the growth of our construction division over the past 15 years.  Jon will continue to focus on the estimating and design side of the business, while also working with our sales and operation groups to provide our customers a seamless job. Written By: PHL Newsroom • See The Original Article Here Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is one of a few airports in America that continues to utilize its Passenger Transfer Vehicles (PTVs). The vehicles, also known as “Plane Mates” or “mobile lounges,” were designed by Eero Saarinen in the 1960s. With commercial air travel booming and airports expanding, there became a demand for a new and innovative way to travel within the facilities. The goal of the PTVs was to accommodate passengers who did not want to walk long distances within airports and preferred an elevated experience. These peculiar looking vehicles have been utilized at PHL since the 1970s and 1980s and serve as waiting areas for passengers who are then driven to board their planes. PHL has a total of six PTVs. Each vehicle is 60-feet long, weighs 76,000 pounds (38 tons), travels approximately 26 miles-per-hour and can carry more than 100 passengers at a time. The PTVs are typically utilized to support international flights in A-East and A-West during condensed periods of time when gates may not be readily available. Tim’s father, Thomas H. Lewis, Sr., was one of the founders of Elliott-Lewis Corporation in 1905. Tim joined the company in 1948 after graduating from Dartmouth College and a stint in the U.S. Navy as a flight engineer. He took over leadership of the company in 1967, the year his father died. He served as President and CEO of Elliott-Lewis Corporation until his retirement at age 78. During that time, he also served as President of the Electrical Association of Philadelphia and was Chairman of the Academy of Applied Electrical Science, a program which was set up in Philadelphia schools giving hands on technical teaching of electrical construction, qualifying students for jobs in electrical construction upon graduation. He was given the Thomas A. Edison Distinguished Citizen Award and served two terms as National President of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. After his retirement, he never stopped asking and caring about the company and its accomplishments and most importantly about all of the employees. Bringing military-grade, cybersecure technology to enable remote monitoring and predictive maintenance for building management Princeton, N.J., Aug. 16, 2017: Mikros Systems Corporation (OTCQB: MKRS) and Elliott-Lewis Corporation announced today that they have entered into a memorandum of understanding to offer a condition-based maintenance solution for Heating Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC) equipment. Mikros will provide hardware and software development, system integration and test services based on its proprietary Prognostics Framework solution. Elliott-Lewis will provide subject matter expertise and technical consulting services for requirements definition, on-site installation and testing. Currently, Mikros and Elliott-Lewis have two active pilot systems that are providing key maintenance data on a daily basis to their technicians. According to a July 2016 report, the market for HVAC services is expected to reach over $90 billion by 2022. Elliott-Lewis just received  awards from the National Mechanical Contractors Association of America and the Mechanical & Service Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania for their 2015 record of having a Lost Workday Case Rate 25% below the national average.  Congratulations to everyone for keeping safe out there!
