We are seeking a Billing Analyst who shares those same values and objectives. Job Overview:
Sautter Crane is looking for a highly motivated and effective professional. This Billing Analyst role will support financial and billing functions within the company. We are seeking an individual that thrives in a team environment, has excellent communication skills, takes pride in their work, and proactively builds strong relationships which are essential to the delivery of our objectives. The Billing Analyst directly reports to the Office Manager and will work out of our Headquarters in Philadelphia, PA 19154.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high volume billing functions and ensure complete accuracy and timeliness
- Verify payroll hours to time recorded in software system
- Exception reporting as required
- Operate as an expert in our software system, NexGen, a fleet management software. This involves maintaining files and reporting in NexGen.
- Perform ad hoc duties as determined by the Office Manager
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of accounting experience and business administrative duties
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Action oriented and full of energy to take on new challenges while remaining focused on attainable and measurable improvements
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable learning and maximizing use of technology
(No travel required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Crane and/or equipment rental experience
- Experience with NexGen greatly valued
Training will be provided on programs including:
- NexGen, which is software created by our vendor, Fleet Cost and Care, which is used for fleet management
- Microsoft SharePoint
- MaxCommunicator
- Client and Vendor online portals
